The two presented a slate of boarc membersto include: Otto Budig Jr., president of Budc o Group Inc.; Tom Williams, president and CEO of Northg American Properties; Lydia Jacobs-Horn, director, global facilitiexs and real estate, Procter & Gamblse Co.; Marty Dunn, a partner with the law firm Dinsmor & Shohl; Joe Zimmer, executivwe secretary, Greater Cincinnati Buildingg & Construction Trades Council; Clark Handy, senior vice human resources, Convergys Corp.; Lynn group vice president for corporate Kroger Co.
; Richard principal, Greiwe Development Group; Shane vice president and chiegf financial officer, GE Aviation; and Karehn McShea, managing director, Americas & Caribbean, Colliersa International. The Port Authority’s powers were expanded in August 2008 to includer the ability to levya one-mill tax subject to approval, the ability to own propertyh and the power of eminent domain, subject to approvap by the city and “The new structure will allow the Port to be a much more aggressivde tool in our efforts to expand our localk economy and create jobs,” Mallory said in a news release.
